Attendees may register for the conference on site. The registration desk will be open approximately 30 minutes before the start of the conference each day and remain open until the second coffee break.

NOTE: Authors of accepted papers must register by June 24, 2008 to ensure that their paper will appear in the Proceedings. The early registration date of August 10 is for other attendees to the conference.
